Your success will expand Avature's reach worldwide and position us as an HR software leader. Your challenges and objectives Play a key role in planning, creating,
and executing creative content for campaigns on digital and print platforms on a global scale. Use your SEO and SEM knowledge to increase website traffic and leads. Be in constant search for opportunities to expand our brand globally. Work cross:functionally with other Avature teams such as Events, Product Marketing, Templates, and Studio. Develop a deep knowledge of our product and its functionalities. Your day:to:day activities Act as a project manager to ensure all advertising campaigns run like clockwork, outlining tasks and ensuring all deliverables are on time, taking care of the entire process, from deal:making to asset delivery. Help maximize ROI by being in constant optimization of ads to deliver enhanced campaign performance and brand awareness. Manage Avature's websites globally and keep content fresh and up:to:date. Analyze user activity on our website to improve conversion rates and user experience. Detect patterns of success and improve overall performance through effective measurement and reporting. About you High level of proficiency in spoken and written English. Native German or French is a plus. Great attention to detail and comfortable keeping records up:to:date. Keen to learn new things and keep up with digital marketing trends. Excellent team player and collaborator. Comfortable with tight deadlines. Proactive, self:driven, highly organized. Experience running ads in Google and Social Media platforms. Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, A/B testing is a plus. SEO and CRO experience is a plus.
