Job Summary: In this role, the Marketing Supervisor will lead the launching of films in the cinema for Argentina and probably will participate in straeming projects. Also, will supervise and control for LATAM releases to unify communication and strategy in each of these markets.As a Marketing Supervisor, you will handle all issues related to each release in a timely manner in order to develop the right campaign. You will be working as a team with each of the areas of the company that support the release and with those that are nurtured by the film window, always taking into account the requirements of BBK, so that US can give detailed follow up of the LATAM releases.
Define the marketing strategy.
Lead the film and/or streaming release campaigns for Argentina and oversee the release in all LATAM countries.
Lead the activations related to Studios with a 360 vision.
Define with your leader the budget distribution.
Define the best media mix, together with the off and online media team.
Devise, supervise and control the necessary creative for each campaign.
Delineate release strategy together with Press, Media, Creative, Cinema Partnership, Commercial, Digital, DM+ and all the areas that work around each release, guiding them in the positioning, objective and need of each release.
Plan and guide the synergy strategy for each premiere: Radio Disney, TV (Disney + Fox + Nat Geo + ESPN) and RRSS.
Supervision of cost entry in SAP.Basic Qualifications:
At least 3 to 5 years of experience on Marketing, Communication, Publicity or related fields.
Strong consultative skills and ability to influence.
Ability to work independently and think strategically while navigating through complex matrix environments.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Credible, proactive and trusted thought:partner who has built relationships and delivered results.
Advanced level of English is necessary.
