were just getting started.**Summary:** This successful candidate will be an integral part of supporting the Facilities team making Facebook the number one place to work globally. They will also help create industry leading workplaces that will promote Facebooks brand, support Facebooks sales processes and help attract and retain top industry talent. Facebook is seeking a highly experienced Regional Project Manager to oversee and work on relocation, expansion and renovation projects in its Latin America offices. Projects will range in size and there could be other assignments depending on volume and workflow. This management position has administrative, operational, financial and management accountability for Facebooks design and construction management programs in the region. This full:time position will be located in our São Paulo, Brazil, Buenos Aires, Argentina, or Mexico City, Mexico offices and will report to the LATAM Real Estate and Facilities Director, who is based in Menlo Park, CA.**Required Skills:** 1. Experience managing large project teams successfully through the planning, design and construction process2. Ability to develop, manage and deliver individual and regional project budgets and schedules3. Excellent time management, interpersonal communication, organization and personal effectiveness skills in a fast:paced environment4. Excellent internal and external relationship skills: Ability to develop and maintain long:term relationships with internal clients, workstreams, and project teams5. Positive attitude and a collaborative, team approach6. Experience in reviewing and influencing letters of intent, leases, and workletters7. Experience in leading due diligence processes for buildings and/or developments8. Experience in negotiating entitlement and permitting issues with city jurisdictions9. Experience in fostering and maintaining relationships with internal clients, landlords, project management firms, and development partners10. Experience navigating procurement and risk management of imported goods or long lead items11. Experience developing and implementing internal processes to accommodate localized needs**Minimum Qualifications:** 12. Manage the design, engineering and construction team in planning and analysis of conceptual design and preconstruction activities17. Oversee and review the development of architectural and engineering construction drawings and bid documents18. Draft, review, communicate and enforce contractual documents for design and construction professionals19. Meet with architects, engineers, consultants, city officials and contractors, to drive and manage the design, permitting and construction processes. Anticipate potential changes to budget or schedule and provide guidance on the review and analysis of changes when presented20. Review, understand, and manage procedures for handling changes to the
