As a member of the EPM SRE team, youll play a big part in providing end to end infrastructure support that makes it possible for us to provide service to our customers, clients, and businesses around the globe each and every day. In this role youll call on your experience in Wintel production assurance,
connectivity services and service improvements to deliver reliable infrastructure. As a team, you and your peers will be the primary point of contact to support incident, problem, change management, risk, vendor and client relationship, internal and external communications, service delivery, lifecycle management and service evolution. And while you will be part of a tight:knit team of professionals who share your passion for technology, youll also gain access to the best minds in the business:both as part of the JPMorgan Chase and Co. global technology community, and through our partnerships with some of the most important tech firms in the world
Preferred Skills/Experience:Experience with one or more of the following::
Knowledge of CA Process Automation Manager version 4.x
Knowledge of CA Service Catalog
Windows O/S server support roles.
Proficient in SQL Server 2019
Trouble shooting and Application Support in a large scale environment.
Great customer service skills and continued dedication to providing the best service.
Ability to support across multiple platforms.
Knowledge of basic network and TCP/IP skills beneficial.
Must be analytical and problem solver.
Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and non:verbal.
SRE background is preferrable.
