Argentina Make the difference: You will be part of the Sales team and you will support as a Commercial Technical Representative of Seeds Business.Through the values ?Passion for customers, how matters and Long view, you will live and experience more of usHere is how this role will be critical to our business:Develop actions aimed at the commercialization of seeds through the Syngenta Distributors network, or directly to large producers in the area assigned to it; with the purpose of guaranteeing the sales volumes and profitability margins budgeted for the Corn, Sunflower and Soy businesses.Principal functions:- Design and develop the marketing network (distributors), in line with the companys guidelines regarding the conditions that the distributors of the companys products must meet.- Provide technical advice to distributors / producers and recommend the most appropriate products in each case.- Participate in the preparation of sales budgets for your area- Network of trials and monitoring of them in target producers, together with the assigned distributor, and with the official or private networks where the companys products participate (INTA, CREA, AApresid, etc).- Receive and attend to complaints and inquiries from users (distributors and producers) regarding the products marketed by the company.- Interact with distributors to collaborate in the management of the corresponding collections, keeping current accounts in order.QualificationsAt Syngenta we are highly people focused : we look for professionals who are engaged, collaborative and excellent in execution.
