DEPARTMENT: HUMAN RESOURCES
- Develops and implements new business intelligence dashboards in PowerBI. Assures that TU data warehouse is aligned with area and business needs, by detecting new KPIs requirements. Works together with IT Team to build additional dimensions in TU data warehouse.
Automates TU Reports according to organizational requirements.
- Improves the employees’ s Learning Experience by detecting and defining enhancements in TU processes, IT Tools and its related interfaces. The position scope of work involves from the detection of the process improvement opportunity, the designing of the solution and its testing, to the implementation and communication to stakeholders.
- Consolidates global TU Budget for top management final approval, supports regions in budget creation and performs budget follow up tasks to assure execution.
- Supports the proper functioning of TenarisUniversity IT tools, and their related interfaces, by performing data analysis and reviewing deviated cases.
University degree: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration.
Must be analytical and autonomous, must drive for results, to have good interpersonal skills to influence others, to be organized and capable to manage several tasks at the same time.
Experience and/or knowledge in business intelligence tools and basic programming (python, SQL,)
Advanced English level.
