The Opportunity

TheSenior Sales Reporting Leadwill assist in the planning and development of organization objectives, medium/long-range and strategic plans, and identification of organization strengths and weaknesses. Additionally,





tasks may include conducting special studies for management in areas such as the organization's operational effectiveness, capacity utilization, operating cost containment.

The Worksite Insurance business is growing as we aim to reach middle class workers in support of the company’s vision to provide financial well-being to all Americans. Worksite has achieved success in recent years distributing our Group Voluntary and Executive products through our multi-channel distribution relationships. To further this success, we must continue to evolve our strategy to reach more advisors and customers, while providing them an enhanced self-service, digital experience to allow us to aggressively grow top line sales.



The Impact:

As a Senior Sales Reporting Lead you will be supporting sales results in the Worksite space through management of the division’s Sales Operations functions.Worksite reaches some 200,000 working Americans through advisor relationships and there is significant room to grow as we focus on executing the key drivers for our business, including building on our distribution and customer experience capabilities and expanding our digital offerings for all our customers.



Key Responsibilities Include:

Work closely and effectively with Head of Distribution Strategy and Head of Distribution to enhance Sales reporting, forecasting, and presentations.



Manages key internal and external committees, including management of external producer relationships as related to the committee, scheduling, event planning, and follow-up.



Work closely with Head of Distribution Strategy on enhancement and execution of Worksite distribution strategy.



Develop, track and report on KPIs.



Manage Custom Compensation Program including documentation, internal communication efforts.



Coordinate with Internal Wholesalers and DSP team to ensure compensation is built and appropriately documented.



Ensure data driven sales management focus by providing pertinent and timely analytics to leaders and coordinating partnerships as needed with channel, product and marketing stakeholders



Strive to continually identify distributors’ needs and coordinate efforts to satisfy those needs effectively across all product lines and points of service within Worksite.



Support Worksite wholesalers by coordinating with Marketing team to maintain and update presentations, marketing emails and other marketing needs.



Manage annual sales conferences including logistics, agendas and partnering with conference planning functions



The Minimum Qualifications

7+ years of experience in effective sales operations or as a sales reporting leader



Experience developing, tracking and reporting on KPIs.



Advanced experience with PowerPoint & Excel including VLOOKUP's & Pivot Tables



Demonstrated process improvement mindset



Demonstrated strong organizational and analytical skills



Ability to negotiate with key internal partners



Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner. Possesses strong partnering skills.



4 year college degree



***Must be willing to travel to Springfield a few times a week upon our return to the office
