Some of the responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative at Diamond Credit Union include the following:
Effectively handle member inquiries,
questions and complaints pertaining to their accounts.
Assist members in maintenance type requests, i.e. payroll/direct deposit, credit cards, wire transfers, stop payments check reorders and name/address changes.
Maintain and deepen current account relationships through cross-selling.
Demonstrated exceptional member service.
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary preferred.
Two plus years of customer service experience in a financial institution.
Strong communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to problem-solve.
Ability to travel between branches.
Must be available to work Thursday and Friday evening and Saturdays.
