Under the supervision of the LAM Marketing Manager, the Marketing analyst will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams across the LAM to service both internal and external customers. Mainly responsible for interpreting data, formulating reports and making key recommendations based upon the research findings. This position seeks to develop critical:thinking, analytical and communication skills.
This position will be conducting and analyze customer and market research studies regarding the organizations existing and proposed products and services and market potential for them.
-Monitoring and analysing customer trends/experience
-Monitoring market conditions, trends, competitors, etc. to project business sector/consumer demand and inform sector applications, product launch timing, etc.
-Researching competitor behaviour including marketing strategies, pricing, sales and methods of operation -Identifying customer purchasing behaviours, price/discount sensitivity, brand loyalty, etc. across customer segments and sales channels
-Deploy marketing campaigns and measuring results against targets
Additionally, this position will help execute the LAM marketing plan including content creation, Public relation releases, marketing execution (events), digital marketing from PPC and SEO, direct marketing and social media, website editing if needed.
Gathering and analyzing Latin America's electric market research information for Utility, Mining, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Food and Beverage, Pharma, Petrochemical, and others to produce in depth analyses for the Marketing and Sales teams
Gathering and analyzing strategic information about current bids in the utility sector and deliver key contacts to Sales team
Creating Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint presentations to highlight key findings and recommendations from market research
Updating the net promoter score customer database and will drive a strategy to increase the rate of response of customers
Ability to develop manage (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)/SharePoint, Sitecore, sort and process all information/documents provided Sales Managers in order to generate an automated Business Intelligence Dashboard/Presentations that provide strategic decision making. Managing Sales Force and Power BI is a plus.
Support the sales team by updating the internal sales digital tools with collateral materials from Brochures, flyers, case studies, presentations, e:blasts and videos etc). Also, this person will translate these materials to be used across LAM
This person will be responsible for improving the on:line marketing initiatives, such as SEO and PPC strategy, website editing among others
Translations SPA to ENG and vice versa
Spanish and English required, and Brazilian Portuguese is a plus but not a must have
University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business or Marketing : Numeric background is a plus
Experience with digital marketing tools such as website maintenance, SEO and PPC or similar experience desirable
Prior experience with Sales Force and Power BI is a Plus
