About the Product Owner (PO) Position

RUBICON is looking for a responsible and talented Product Owner that thrives as a part of a high:performance team. In this role, youll become part of a group of talented professionals who drive innovation, embrace change, and celebrate success We expect you to be passionate about building products that customers love. You should also be comfortable working in a dynamic and fast:paced environment. If you love cutting:edge technology and challenges, then this may be the ideal job for you

You will work alongside a team of problem solvers helping them apply creative solutions. In:depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and strong analytical and problem:solving skills will help you deal with any problem that may occur in the process. Product Owner is responsible for gathering functionality requests, organizing production phases of the project, and Sprint coordination. You will be one of the key figures helping us reach company goals.

Product Owner responsibilities are to:

Lead meetings to ensure that deliverables are met

Deeply understand Agile practices and processes

Oversee and possess knowledge of the development process

Research, understand, and analyzing customer needs and expectations

Prepare detailed product requirements and prototypes based on the product strategy

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure quick time:to:market delivery and optimization of resource

Product Owner requirements are:

Team spirit and outstanding communication skills

Strong problem:solving skills and being able to assume high responsibility

Experience in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

Good understanding of software development and web and mobile technologies

Bonus points : Knowledge of Agile methodologies

Bonus points : Experience working as Product Owner or similar product management roles

Bonus points : Technical background with experience in software development
