Compensation:

USD 1,5K/month.

Remote (for Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Costa Rica, Antigua and Barbuda, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Bolivia, Paraguay, Brazil, Aruba, Puerto Rico, Belize, El Salvador, and Guatemala residents).

Hi, I'm Juanfer Domínguez, Head of Product at Torre.





We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Product team and help us build the future of recruitment. This is your chance to be part of something big, with incredible growth opportunities as we scale.

WHAT IS TORRE?
At Torre, we're building AI recruiters who replicate human intuition. They automatically attract candidates, engage them, screen them, rank them, present them, and provide them with feedback. We analyze 100+ factors with nine types of AI to match candidates with companies, teams, and leaders. The result: we make recruiting faster, more accurate, less discriminatory, and significantly less expensive. Our end goal is to build THE matching network for work.
For companies, we offer three product lines: Torre OS, Torre Reach, and Torre RPO.

WHY THE OPENING?






After five years of development and trials, we reached the beta stage and started scaling our client acquisition efforts and revenue. As we acquire more customers, we need to ensure that our product provides an outstanding experience to create long-lasting relationships with them. To achieve this, we need a detail-oriented Data Analyst who is laser-focused on producing insights to help us shape the present and future of Torre's platform.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND KPIS:
- Craft and maintain the dashboards for daily and weekly tracking of product-related metrics.

- Analyze experiments and produce insights on what we should improve in the product.

- Investigate anomalies that we may find when analyzing customer behavior.







- Understand our platform thoroughly to help the product development team make use of the insights you produce.

You'll share the KPIs of the product development team:

- Revenue

- Net Revenue Retention Rate

- Net Opening Retention Rate

- Hires

YOUR POTENTIAL CAREER PATH:
The experience you earn will enable you to grow into other roles, such as Senior Product Analyst, Analytics Lead, or Product Manager at Torre or outside of Torre.
THE TEAM:
You'll report directly to me, and will work closely with the rest of the product development team: our engineering manager, product designers, tech leads, and engineers. You'll also have support from our Head of Analytics and fellow analysts.

HIRING PROCESS:

2nd. I'll review your application. If you're a potential match, I'll contact you to answer any questions you may have.
3rd. We'll ask you to complete a couple of short tests to learn about your attention to detail and data analytics skills.
4th. We'll do a first interview.
5th. You'll have an interview with the Head of Analytics.
6th. You'll have an interview with Alexander Torrenegra, our CEO.
7th. We'll make you an offer.
