How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The Sr AP Analyst reports directly to the AP Team Lead/Supervisor. The primary function of the position is to ensure the accurate and timely payment of suppliers and processing of invoices.

Job Responsibilities:

- Proactively communicates and interacts with other departments to resolve issues impacting the AP function.
- Supports a specific country as assigned with first level escalation.
- Processes Rush invoices as needed.






- Performs vendor statement credit review to ensure timely collection of outstanding credits.
- Ensures vendor discounts are taken when appropriate.
- Researches and drives resolution of invoices on hold, following up with Air Liquide vendors and requestors as needed.
- Assists with audits as required.
- Ensures all withholding taxes are applied properly.
- Ensures compliance with Company policies and procedures.
- Oversees the processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Works closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain accurate and timely payment processing.
- Resolves complex accounts payable issues and discrepancies.
- Performs analysis of AP data and reports.
- Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Develops and maintains AP policies and procedures.

Are you a MATCH?

Education:

- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance degree required.

Qualifications:

Experience/Certifications:

- 5 years experience in Accounts Payable desirable.






- Knowledge of international Accounting Standards desirable.
- Knowledge of Oracle and invoice processing tools desirable.

Language Requirements:

- English: Advanced proficiency required [B2/C1].
- Spanish mandatory.
