• Understand and document customer requirements.
• Estimate the necessary effort for the resolution of each task, committing to obtain the expected result within the agreed effort.
• Develop autonomously the tasks using the best practices defined by the area of quality.
• Plan and manage your time effectively to discriminate between urgent and important tasks, fulfilling commitments to the client.
• Deliver proven and functional code pieces.
• Encourage the adoption of good practices by coaching less experienced developers and conducting code reviews.
• Use the tools provided by agile methodologies.
• Engage in continuous learning.
• Maintain fluid communication with the team, the team lead,





and the customer.
Required skills: • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with Ruby on Rails (React is a nice to have). We can consider senior developers with 2 years of experience with Ruby. Nice to Have: • Availability to travel abroad!
