Job requirements:
Mandatory knowledge & skills:
?Experience in managing, installing and maintaining devices such as laptops, desktops, printers, Android tablets and mobile devices, as well as supporting Windows and MacOS operating systems.
?Ability to coordinate with remote and on-site support teams, ensuring service requests and incidents are resolved effectively and quickly.
?Extensive experience with the Service Now tool (Registration, management and reporting of incidents).
?End user support skills, assertive communication, VIP usersâ treatment, stressful situations.
?Mastery of the English language, desirable (Conversational and written).
General Activities
?On-site IT support:
- Inventory management, device administration and maintenance (laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices, MAC devices, IHMS data collectors, etc.)
- Technical support for networks and servers.
?IMAC and Break-Fix Support:
- Installation of devices and software, moving, adding new components, configuration changes and, eventually, removing or decommissioning assets that are no longer needed.
?Support In Meeting Rooms:
- Provide intelligent technical support for devices in conference rooms.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am. to 6:00 p.m.
