What you will do Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation introduction & project proposal through closure;Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope,
and within budget;Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management;Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency;Implement processes to ensure successful delivery;Identify critical delivery issues and address them with the team before customer exposure;Communicate team issues and concerns to the leadership team proactively;Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle;Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded;Conduct regular status meetings and provide detailed project updates to clients;Manage client feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively;Develop and manage project estimates, and budgets, ensuring financial goals are achieved;Monitor project financials, including expenses, revenue, and profitability;Prepare financial reports and forecasts for internal and client review;Lead project teams in the planning,
execution, and delivery of projects;Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders;Utilize project management methodologies and best practices to ensure successful project outcomes;Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise;Monitor Client's satisfaction with AgileEngine services and team;Coordinate and oversee the work of project team members, including assigning tasks and setting deadlines;Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting professional growth and development;Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members;Launch teams and establish efficient PM processes for them;Consult/Mentor/Teach/Coach/Growing leadership of AgileEngine Teams and Clients;Ensure Team happiness through 1:1s, career development, and personal development plans;Coordinate the recruiting process with the Recruitment team.Must haves A minimum of 4 years of experience in project/delivery management;Experience as a delivery manager;Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to end, including inceptions and pre-sales activities;Strong financial knowledge, with experience in managing project budgets, negotiating and financial reporting;Experience managing external clients;Proficiency in project management software and tools;Exceptional English level, communication, and leadership skills.Nice to haves Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Computer Science or related field;Experience working cross-functionally with groups like Software Developers, Delivery/Project Managers, and Account Managers;Proven ability to prepare detailed proposals and manage pre-sales processes;High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail;Strong team orientation, maintaining partnerships, collaboration and influence across multiple stakeholders;Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.The benefits of joining us Professional growth: Accelerate your professional journey with mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps;Competitive compensation: We match your ever-growing skills, talent,
