Emi, our main product, is an A.I. recruitment assistant that enables companies to engage in a conversation with each applicant to detect interested and qualified individuals while saving Recruiters a huge amount of time by automating tasks such as screening, validating skills, scheduling interviews, and collecting documents.
We were part of Y-Combinator's Winter 2019 batch and in 2022 we have raised an $11M funding round co-led by Merus Capital and Khosla Ventures.
What you'll be doing
We are looking to hire our Mexico Sales Manager to join an early sales team and have an impact on a category-defining company, backed by some of the best investors in Silicon Valley. This position will report to our Head of Revenue Operations,





and work closely with our CEO & Co-Founder. We need a Sales Manager that is in equal parts strategic, process-oriented, and sales-obsessed. You will be responsible for figuring out how to develop efficient and effective sales techniques and processes, leading and managing our growing Sales team in Latam. We'd love to hear from candidates that worked in the early days of a SaaS B2B startup, selling to Enterprise customers and continuously improving the sales playbook. Great leading and coaching skills are a must!
Responsibilities: Drive revenue in Latam.Manage our existing team of AE's in Mexico - optimize their time and resources for success.Continue to build a team. Hire, train, and organize a high performing sales force.Coach and manage the sales team in applying a consultative,





relationship-driven approach throughout the whole sales cycle.Work with our Head of Revenue and our CEO to refine our GTM strategies, playing a critical role in shaping the overall sales strategy for Latam and outcome of the company.Work closely with Marketing and other teams to educate and evangelize the market.What we are looking for: You have managed a high performing sales team, ideally hired and or coached 2+ quota-meeting/exceeding sales representatives before.You have experience in Enterprise Software sales: +2 years selling SaaS products to enterprise customers in Mexico.You have a previous history of consistent over-achievement against targets and you'll demonstrate from day one that you are obsessed with achieving your goals.You have an analytical approach to everything you do.You are structured,





organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative.You are comfortable with inside and field sales and have experience running the full sales cycle on your own + have coached others to do so.You are comfortable with process and product ambiguity.You are curious and genuinely interested in our product, mission, and industry.You are available to travel to clients.You own a Bachelor's degree (Sales, Marketing, Business Operations) - Master/ MBA desired.Bonus Points: Experience in Enterprise sales leadership, strong sales, and commercial acumen.Ex-founder.
