Leads growth agenda with bottler/region, aligning the local/regional strategy and plans with the Bottler. Manages the day-to-day operations to ensure business results in Bottler/Territories. Leads strategic, operational, and commercial projects involving the bottler.
Responsibilities
- Define the local/regional strategy and develop the plan to maximize the business opportunity with the Bottler’s Senior/Regional.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the franchise including marketing, commercial, and financial; execute strategies with bottling partners; cooperate with bottlers to ensure local relevance and alignment with overall business; review and implement revenue growth opportunities/solutions.
- Lead the execution of Strategic Business Priorities by empowering Bottler’s Senior/Regional Leadership Teams.
- Act with discipline to ensure decision-making and results tracking to effective management routines across different levels (Senior, functional, workstreams).
- Deep market understanding to ensure correct decision-making and strategy adjustments/improvements as necessary.
- Manage relationships with specific stakeholders i.e., shareholders and senior bottler management.
- Wire with other regions and operations (even international) peers to ensure best practice sharing and alignment.
Experience
10 - 15 years within Coca Cola System minimum or within the Industry. Desired Marketing and Commercial experience. Recommended Bottler Marketing or Commercial Strategy Experience and Understanding of retail (Modern, Traditional, and On Premise channel).
Work Focus
- Guide and collaborate with bottler in the decision-making process involved in key areas such as RGM, budget, and other commercial initiatives.
- Act with a high level of autonomy so decision-making must be sound and mindful.
- Continuously find new ways to identify regional market opportunities, generating value across the System in alignment with the strategic priorities.
Communication Focus
- External: Senior roles in Bottler Partner with the objective of ensuring operative discipline through the right process and routines to deliver results.
- Internal: Work closely with the Leadership team to create synergies and ensure resources, with peers in Latam.
- Responsible for sharing information, influencing others, or negotiating with others.
Languages
English and Spanish are required.
