Description:
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team. You will build and scale services in the AWS cloud environment, further advance the existing infrastructure and focus on practicing DevSecOps. Along with a team of experienced SRE and Platform engineers you will have the opportunity to work in a wide variety of areas, including but not limited to advancing and pushing existing efforts in the areas of security, configuration management, infrastructure automation, test automation, and continuous integration.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience either in systems engineering,
systems architecture practicing DevOps or development of distributed systemsFirst-hand experience with configuration management and orchestration tools such as Concord, Kubernetes, KarpenterDetailed understanding of the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Continuous Integration/Delivery/Deployment tooling such as GHA, AWS CodePipeline SuiteInformation Security engineering experience working on proactive threat prevention, incident response, and driving operational improvementFamiliarity with implementation of security protocols and architectures such as HiTrustPython, Java or Bash development experienceKnowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and big data platforms, understanding of big data pipelines and how to support themIn-depth experience solving complex issues on Linux systems, and/or within the JVMExperience with source control systems such as git or svnA high degree of English fluency (B2+)Collaborative, open minded, able to quickly grasp complex concepts and contribute to the team's overall effectiveness Job Responsibilities: Building and maintaining the infrastructure with an eye toward simplicity, innovation,
