Job Description & Summary

Additional Job Description
Monthly Tasks :
- Close procedures Journal entries and reconciliations
- Accrual and cash projections 9 out of 12 months of the year for the fiscal year
- Running processes within the ERP (Oracle & SAP)
- Complete capital account reconciliations
Estimate and Projections :
- Estimated income projections
- Monthly reconciliations of tax impacted accounts
- Cash Basis capital reporting
- Other supplemental reporting that feeds into the partners K-1’s
Year End Tasks :
- Testing of processes to ensure year end cycle runs correctly
- Leading the year end project to coordinate tasks between IT, Partner Affairs, Partnership Tax, Benefits, Treasury and Finance
- Performing tie outs between different reports to ensure accurate reporting
- Ensuring all data points that impact the Balance of Profits are obtained and entered the system to ensure proper calculations
- Verifying that all data is recording in the financial system and is shown in firm Financial Statements

Must have :

Minimum 2 years of accounting experience (month end / year end close process, account reconciliations, estimated income projections).
Advanced Excel.Alteryx / Power BI and other digital tools included in JD : Workday / UPAS, Ceridian, General Ledger, Power Point, Visio
